We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Currently, we ship to most major countries worldwide. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, email us at sales@ewaglows.com before placing your order.
